Discreet Acquisitions uses the information you submit to respond to your acquisition enquiry and discuss our services. Contact us at info@discreetacquisitions.com with questions about your information.

Enquiries and acquisition briefs

The short form requires your name, email, cell phone number and a brief description of your desired acquisition. The full acquisition brief also collects your buyer profile, target industry, geography, operating role, financial criteria, funding readiness, timing and any additional requirements you choose to provide. These are sent through FormSubmit to our business email when you submit the form.

Form entries are held on the current page until you submit them. The page does not save your contact details in browser storage. Refreshing clears an unsent form, but does not withdraw a submission already sent. Downloading or copying a brief creates a copy under your control. Please do not include passwords, account numbers or confidential deal documents in these forms.

Enquiry source and measurement

We include the landing page, campaign parameters present in the address and an enquiry reference with your submission so we can understand its source. We keep these values in memory for the current page. The page can emit a conversion event after the form service accepts a submission. That event contains the page, form type and an enquiry reference, not your name, email, phone number or acquisition criteria.

Video and scheduling

The introduction connects to YouTube’s privacy enhanced player when you choose to play it. YouTube processes playback information under its own privacy policy. Booking an appointment loads Calendly, which processes the details you enter for scheduling and shares them with the meeting organiser. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically book an appointment.

Third party services

FormSubmit, our email and hosting providers, YouTube and Calendly process information needed to provide these services. Their processing can involve systems outside your country. Learn more from FormSubmit, Google and Calendly.

Questions and requests

Email info@discreetacquisitions.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry. We retain enquiry information as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable obligations.
